Article 44 2.

The EU declaration of conformity shall have the model structure set out in Annex V, and shall contain the elements specified in the applicable conformity assessment procedure and a reference to the applicable delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 4. It shall be continuously updated and shall be translated into the language or languages required by the Member State on whose market the product is placed or made available.
