Article 2 (29)
‘direct participant’ means a legal entity that has a direct access to the SIPS’s services on the basis of a contractual relationship whereby it is bound by the relevant SIPS’s rules, is allowed to send transfer orders to that system and is capable of receiving transfer orders from it;
