Article 1 1.

For the purposes of this Regulation:

(a) 

‘basic Regulation’ means Regulation (EC) No 883/2004;

(b) 

‘implementing Regulation’ means this Regulation; and

(c) 

the definitions set out in the basic Regulation shall apply.
