Article 9 4.

The Member States shall notify the CCAMLR, with a copy to the Commission, by computer transmission, at the latest within three days from the date of the end of each reporting period, of the catch and effort report transmitted by each fishing vessel flying their flag and registered in the Community. Each catch and effort report shall specify the reporting period of the catch concerned.
