Safety investigation authorities shall record in the central repository established under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1321/2007 of 12 November 2007 laying down implementing rules for the integration into a central repository of information on civil aviation occurrences exchanged in accordance with Directive 2003/42/EC (

) all safety recommendations issued in accordance with Article 17(1) and (2) as well as the responses thereto. Safety investigation authorities shall similarly record in the central repository all safety recommendations received from third countries.
