The data in the compliance part of the database shall be treated in accordance with Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 ( 11 ). In particular, the specific cyber-security arrangements of Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2017/46 ( 12 ) and its implementing rules shall apply. The confidentiality level shall reflect the consequential harm resulting from disclosure of the data to unauthorised persons.
