Article 5 8.

ACER shall monitor the regional cooperation of transmission system operators referred to in Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2019/943 and Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 715/2009, and shall take into account the outcome of that cooperation when formulating its opinions, recommendations and decisions.

ACER shall monitor the single allocation platform established in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1719.
