Article 98 3

3.   In addition to the information requirements laid down in paragraphs 1 and 2, NCAs shall transmit to the ECB any other draft supervisory decisions:

(a)

on which the ECB’s views are sought; or

(b)

which may negatively affect the reputation of the SSM.
