Article 131 4

4.   The limitation period for the enforcement of administrative penalties shall be suspended for such period as:

(a)

time to pay is allowed;

(b)

enforcement of payment is suspended pursuant to a decision of either the ECB’s Governing Council or the Court of Justice.
