When carrying out the risk assessment of the sector as a whole or of the subsector, if relevant, competent authorities should perform an assessment of the sector-wide risk factors identified in line with Step 1 of the RBS Model. Competent authorities should base their assessment on the information gathered in line with Section 4.2.6.
