Any references to authorities designated in accordance with Article 3 of Directive 2014/59/EU in Article 7(6), point (e), Article 10(3), Article 63(3), point (j), Article 65(2), point (k), and Article 70(4) of Directive (EU) 2025/1 of the European Parliament and of the Council (

), shall be read as references to the Board with regard to the entities and groups referred to in Article 7(2) of this Regulation, and to the entities and groups referred to in Article 7(4), point (b), and Article 7(5) of this Regulation where the conditions for the application of those provisions are met.
