Article 3 3.

The Commission shall inform the Member States of the change of position of a country of destination within 21 days of receipt of the request from that country and shall submit its proposed determination to the Committee established under said Article 18 of Directive 75/442/EEC as soon as possible within three months of receipt of the request.
