Article 6 1.
Member States shall ensure that bathing water profiles are established in accordance with Annex III. Each bathing water profile may cover a single bathing water or more than one contiguous bathing waters. Bathing water profiles shall be established for the first time by 24 March 2011. As regards Mayotte, the time limit referred to in the first subparagraph shall be 30 June 2015.
