Article 16 2.

The European List shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the website of the Commission not later than 31 December 2016. It shall be divided into two sub-lists indicating the ship recycling facilities located in a Member State and the ship recycling facilities located in a third country.

The European List shall include all of the following information about the ship recycling facility:

(a) 

the method of recycling;

(b) 

the type and size of ships that can be recycled;

(c) 

any limitation and conditions under which the ship recycling facility operates, including as regards hazardous waste management;

(d) 

details on the explicit or tacit procedure, as referred to in Article 7(3), for the approval of the ship recycling plan by the competent authority;

(e) 

the maximum annual ship recycling output.
