Article 18 Designation of competent authorities and administrations

Article 18 1.
|
Member States shall designate the competent authorities and administrations responsible for the application of this Regulation and shall notify the Commission of those designations. Member States shall immediately notify the Commission of any changes in such information.

Article 18 2.
|
The Commission shall publish on its website lists of the designated competent authorities and administrations and shall update those lists as appropriate.
