Article 19 3.

By way of derogation from paragraph 2, where, pursuant to Article 478(2) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, national law provides for a 10-year phase-out period, the applicable percentage shall be:

(a) 

40 % during the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016;

(b) 

60 % during the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017;

(c) 

80 % during the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018;

(d) 

100 % from 1 January 2019.
