ACER shall monitor the execution of the tasks of the ENTSO for Electricity in accordance with Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2019/943, of the ENTSO for Gas in accordance with Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1789 and of the ENNOH in accordance with Article 64 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1789 and of the EU DSO entity as set out in Article 55 of Regulation (EU) 2019/943 and Article 41 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1789.
