Article 12 2

2.   In carrying out the evaluation, the Commission shall pay particular attention to the following aspects:

(a)

the minimum requirements set out in Annex I;

(b)

the key elements of risk management set out in Annex II;

(c)

the additional requirements set by competent authorities pursuant to points (c) and (d) of Article 6(3);

(d)

the impact of water reuse on the environment and on human and animal health, including the impact of substances of emerging concern.
