Article 8 1.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down common procedures and detailed rules, including common technical specifications, for access by competent authorities to eFTI platforms, including procedures for the processing of regulatory information and for communication between competent authorities and the economic operators concerned in relation to that information.
