Article 15 2.

In new multi-apartment buildings and in residential parts of new multi-purpose buildings that are equipped with a central heating source for domestic hot water or are supplied from district heating systems, individual meters shall, notwithstanding paragraph 1, first subparagraph, be provided for domestic hot water.
