Article 6 Assessment methods

The values of Lden and Lnight shall be determined by means of the assessment methods defined in Annex II.

Article 6 2.

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 12a amending Annex II in order to establish common assessment methods for the determination of Lden and Lnight.

Harmful effects may be assessed by means of the dose-effect relations referred to in Annex III. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 12a amending Annex III in order to establish common assessment methods for the determination of harmful effects.
