APP.5.2.A5 Backing Up Exchange (B)
Exchange servers MUST be backed up prior to any installations and configuration changes, as well as at cyclical intervals. In particular, the Exchange server databases MUST be backed up. Deleted Exchange objects SHOULD only be removed from the database after some time.
