Article 24 10.

By 31 December 2028, the Commission shall, in cooperation with ESMA, present a report to the European Parliament and to the Council on the adequacy of the threshold referred to in paragraph 1, point (a), in light of market, price and regulatory developments. That report shall be accompanied, where appropriate, by a legislative proposal.
