in Article 4, point (2), point (i) is replaced by the following:

‘(i)

supervisory authorities as defined in Article 13, point (10), of Directive 2009/138/EC, resolution authorities as defined in Article 2, point (12), of Directive (EU) 2025/1 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*16), and competent authorities as defined in Article 6, point (8), of Directive (EU) 2016/2341 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*17) and as referred to in Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*18);
