Article 69 6.
The delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 7(14) as applicable before 16 January 2024 shall continue to apply until the date of application of the delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 7(5). The delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 7(15), points (a), (b) and (g), as applicable before 16 January 2024 shall continue to apply until the date of application of the delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 7(10).
