Article 3gf 4.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts to establish detailed rules relating to the administration of shipping companies by administering authorities in respect of a shipping company under this Directive. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 22a(2).
