Article 15 3.
Member States shall ensure that rules are in force that make it possible to calculate when the threshold is reached. Where the offeree company has issued more than one class of securities, Member States may provide that the right of squeeze-out can be exercised only in the class in which the threshold laid down in paragraph 2 has been reached.
