Article 81 Meetings of the Management Board

Article 81 1.
The meetings of the Management Board shall be convened by invitation of its Chairman or at the request of at least one third of the Board members.
Article 81 2.
The Executive Director shall take part in the meetings of the Management Board, without voting rights.
Article 81 3.
The Chairmen of the Committees and the Chairman of the Forum, as referred to in Article 76(1)(c) to (f), are entitled to attend the meetings of the Management Board without voting rights.
