Article 10 1.
The Agency shall establish mechanisms to share information it receives in accordance with Article 7(1) and Article 8 with the Commission, national regulatory authorities, competent financial authorities of the Member States, national competition authorities, ESMA, Eurofisc and other relevant authorities at Union level. Before establishing such mechanisms, the Agency shall consult with those authorities. The Agency shall give access to the mechanisms referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph only to authorities which have set up systems enabling the Agency to meet the requirements set out in Article 12(1).
