Article 18 1.
Each Member State shall designate authorities such as customs authorities that shall have the responsibility of controlling the import and export of chemicals listed in Annex I, unless it has already done so before the entry into force of this Regulation. The Commission, supported by the Agency, and the Member States shall act in a targeted and coordinated way in monitoring exporters’ compliance with this Regulation.
