Article 19 3.

By 30 September 2021 and every year thereafter (year X), Member States shall report to the Commission information on support to developing countries, including the information specified in Part 2 of Annex VIII and in accordance with the relevant reporting requirements agreed upon under the UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement.
