Article 39 4.
At its first meeting after the entry into force of this Regulation, the Governing Board shall adopt a list of decisions adopted under Regulation (EU) 2018/1488 that shall continue to apply under this Regulation. Any unused appropriations under Regulation (EU) 2018/1488 shall be transferred to the Joint Undertaking established under this Regulation.
