Article 13b 10.

By 12 May 2024, the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, set out the structure, format, technical details and process for submission of the evidence referred to in paragraph 6, point (b), of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 16a.
