‘Article 9a

Directive 2008/48/EC, Directive 2014/59/EU and Regulation (EU) 2021/23

This Directive shall be without prejudice to Directive 2008/48/EC, Directive 2014/59/EU and Regulation (EU) 2021/23.’.
