Own funds shall at all times amount to at least one eighth of the fixed overheads incurred by the manager in the preceding year. The competent authority of the home Member State may adjust that requirement in the event of a material change to the manager’s business since the preceding year. Where the manager of a qualifying social entrepreneurship fund has not completed a year of business, the requirement shall amount to one eighth of the fixed overheads expected in its business plan, unless the competent authority of the home Member State requires an adjustment to that plan.
