Article 10d 11.
The investment committee shall report annually to the Commission on experience with the evaluation of investments, in particular in terms of emission reductions and abatement costs. By 31 December 2024, taking into consideration the findings of the investment committee, the Commission shall review the areas for projects referred to in paragraph 2 and the basis on which the investment committee makes its recommendations. The investment committee shall arrange for the publication of the annual report. The Commission shall provide the annual report to the European Parliament and to the Council.
