Article 74 2.
The Commission shall carry out appropriate consultation with stakeholders before adopting a delegated act in accordance with this Article. The Commission shall make public relevant studies and analyses used in the preparation of a delegated act adopted in accordance with this Article, at the latest upon the adoption of the delegated act.
