Article 49 Entry into force

Article 49 1.	This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 49 2.	By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, Articles 40 and 41 shall apply from ►C1 24 May 2029 ◄ .
