Article 8 6
6. The Commission may revoke the decision it has taken pursuant to paragraphs 1 or 2 where: (a) the declaration of compatibility is based on incorrect information for which one of the undertakings is responsible or where it has been obtained by deceit; or (b) the undertakings concerned commit a breach of an obligation attached to the decision.
