Article 3h 3.
The information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall be available, free of charge, on the institutional investor’s website and shall be updated annually unless there is no material change. Member States may provide for that information to be available, free of charge, through other means that are easily accessible online. Member States shall ensure that institutional investors regulated by Directive 2009/138/EC are allowed to include this information in their report on solvency and financial condition referred to in Article 51 of that Directive.
