Article 41a Review by the Court of Justice of the European Union	Article 41a Review by the Court of Justice of the European Union The Court of Justice of the European Union shall have unlimited jurisdiction to review decisions of the Board imposing a fine or a periodic penalty payment. It may annul, or reduce or increase the amount of, the fine or periodic penalty payment imposed.
