Where regulatory information required pursuant to a specific Union legal act or national law referred to in Article 2(1) includes official validation, such as stamps or certificates, the respective authority shall provide that validation electronically, in accordance with the requirements established by the delegated and implementing acts referred to in Articles 7 and 8.
