Without prejudice to paragraph 5, where the host has failed, through wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to rectify the information requested in accordance with paragraph 3, or has provided unauthentic or invalid information in accordance with paragraph 4, the competent authorities shall have the power to withdraw the registration number or numbers and issue an order requesting online short-term rental platforms to remove, or to disable access to, any listing relating to the unit or units in question without undue delay.
