Article 63 3.

The coordination and cooperation in the groups referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be aimed at ensuring the harmonised application of this Regulation and of the delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 4. In doing so, those groups shall take into account the relevant guidance and recommendations issued by the competent technical committees of the European standardisation bodies.
