Article 14 4.

The Commission shall have overall responsibility for the implementation of the EU Cybersecurity Reserve. The Commission shall determine the priorities and the evolution of the EU Cybersecurity Reserve in coordination with the NIS Cooperation Group and, in line with the requirements of the users referred to in paragraph 3, shall supervise its implementation and shall ensure complementarity, consistency, synergies and links with other support actions under this Regulation as well as with other Union actions and programmes. Those priorities shall be reviewed and, if appropriate, revised every 2 years. The Commission shall inform the European Parliament and the Council of those priorities and any revisions thereof.
