Competent authorities should finalise the assessment within 6 months from the start of the assessment period or in any case within the 12 months from the receipt of the application. In this context, and in accordance with Article 117 of Directve 2013/36/EU, competent authorities should cooperate with the competent authorities of other entities of the same third-country group subject to that Directive.
