4. cikk A belső piac elve

Article 4 1.	There shall be no restriction on the provision of trust services in the territory of a Member State by a trust service provider established in another Member State for reasons that fall within the fields covered by this Regulation.
Article 4 2.	Products and trust services that comply with this Regulation shall be permitted to circulate freely in the internal market.
