Article 28 Committee procedure

Article 28 1.	The Commission shall be assisted by the committee for the adaptation to scientific and technical progress and implementation of the directive on urban wastewater treatment established by Directive 91/271/EEC. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
Article 28 2.	Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
