Article 13 1.Member States shall draw up, make available through the single digital entry point and regularly update the following lists:
(a)
the list of areas where a registration procedure applies in their territory, for the purposes of Article 7(1), point (c), and Article 8;
(b)
the list of areas for which competent authorities have requested data from providers of online short-term rental platforms, for the purposes of Article 9(1). 1. Áttekintés
