Article 1 2.This Directive shall apply to:
(a)
statutory DGSs;
(b)
contractual DGSs that are officially recognised as DGSs in accordance with Article 4(2);
(c)
institutional protection schemes that are officially recognised as DGSs in accordance with Article 4(2);
(d)
